Job Summary

Voyago is seeking a skilled Bus Mechanic to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and ensure vehicle safety through preventative maintenance, adhering to Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Voyago's guidelines.
  • Utilize parts from inventory or order necessary parts through the Fleet Management software to make repairs.
  • Complete repairs in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Servicing vehicles in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Keep work environment clean and tidy.
  • Complete required reports as directed (sign-off on driver-initiated repair logs and log books, and PM service logs by division).

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Registered with the STO as 310T Truck and Coach Mechanic.
  • ODP certification with A/C experience.
  • Experience and working knowledge of light duty diesel repair, as well as gasoline.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and sound organizational competencies.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent proven customer service experience.
  • Valid G class driving license.
  • Safe driver with a clean driving record.
  • Preference will be given to dual 310S/310T licensed candidates.
  • Applications will be accepted for 310T apprentices.
