**What would your day look like as a GoWrench Service Manager / Advisor?**

Most likely your day will start by waking up and actually being excited to come to work. You'll look forward to working with a team that feels like family, and is all about getting the job done right, the first time. You'll be working with your friends who are experts in their field, who are pretty good at putting a smile on your face. You'll enjoy having access to great software and tools of the trade that allow you to really excel. You will be in a fast-paced environment booking a wide range of automotive repair, maintenance and tire services. You'll work with clients that care about quality, and book them services both at their location, and ours. At the end of the day, you'll sleep soundly and rest assured that your hard work and dedication is creating a brighter future for you, and the people you care about.
- Many years of experience as a Service Advisor
- Sales experience
- Experience as a service manager, shop manager or technician
- 310S or 310T certification (mechanic positions available)
- Additional certifications or skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Our company operations span across the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Niagara and even Ottawa. Depending on the area we have multiple divisions such as light/medium vehicle repair and maintenance, passenger vehicle tire sales and service, our new heavy-duty tire sales and service, auto glass, and detailing. We serve our clients both mobile (at home or work) and in our shop. We operate 7 days a week so flexible shifts are available upon request. **Location(s)**
- Head Office & Shop: 125 Bethridge Road, Etobicoke ON. (near Pearson Airport)

**Responsibilities & duties**
- Greet customers at the shop and ensure a positive experience
- Schedule appointments
- Manage fleet relationships
- Complete work orders
- Communicate with techs (including detailed notes) about customer concerns and possible causes
- Follow up with every quote
- Ensure best practices are followed
- Close work orders and receive payments
- Order, receive, return parts and inventory
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Ensure a clean and professional work environment
- Handle mobile and in-shop appointments requests
- Look up and send schematics for mechanics
- Use a variety of our company's technology platforms for quoting, dispatch, communications etc (must be able to learn some new software)

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent writing and reading skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry
- Able to work in fast paced environment

**hours**

You will be working 4-6 days per week (depending on the season) during our business hours and this position may require weekends (which are shorter working days).

Customer Service Hours

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Saturday 10am - 5pm

Operation Hours

5 days a week 9am - 5pm

**requirements**
- Valid driver's license & clean abstract
- Able to pass a police background check
- Applicants must legally be able to work in Canada
- Ability to get to our location
- 3+ years experience (preferred but not required)
- Service advisor certificate or training program complete (preferred but not required)
- Must have a good smartphone and decent laptop (if you need a new laptop we can assist you)

**Compensation**
- Base pay, plus;
- Incentives (%), plus;

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
