Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models and business performance objectives.
  • Create processes and systems for gathering competitive insights.
  • Influence product strategies and collaborate with design teams to ensure business success.
  • Work alongside operations teams to assess live service tools and explore new opportunities.
  • Establish and communicate targets for business prospects, collaborating with essential stakeholders.
  • Offer innovative solutions to ongoing challenges.
  • Lead discussions on product strategy and prioritization.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to evaluate feature impact and provide actionable insights for future developments.
  • Research and analyze industry best practices for optimization, merchandising, and feature execution.
  • Conduct user and competitive research to identify user segments, pinpoint opportunities, and share actionable insights with the team.
  • Clearly communicate methodologies and findings to various audiences, including executives, cross-functional leaders, designers, engineers, and community members.

Required Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in product management, system design, live operations, or analytics; experience with mobile free-to-play games is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling, including predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Proven track record of driving business performance metrics across diverse teams.
  • Ability to translate design concepts into business objectives and targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.
  • A data-centric mindset with critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Passion for self-motivation, persuasive communication of ideas, and executing cross-functional initiatives.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for creating engaging and enjoyable user experiences.
  • Experience in applying scientific methods to test qualitative hypotheses with quantitative data.
  • A keen interest in analyzing games, systems, features, and core game mechanics.
  • A relentless curiosity to understand key market influencers.
  • Ability to engage with international teams via virtual meetings is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with managing or understanding sports games or character collector games is a plus.
  • A degree in a quantitative or technical field (such as math, economics, data science, engineering, or finance) or an MBA is preferred.
