Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Game Product Management to join our team at Electronic Arts. This role will be responsible for designing and managing live content, campaigns, and features that maximize acquisition, engagement, and monetization throughout the product cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain live services, including features, content, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to inform product decisions and optimize live service performance.
  • Partner with product and franchise teams to build a roadmap that includes all important monetization levers.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure player base health and performance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with live services teams to build and maintain a culture of test-learn-iterate across platforms.
  • Support live service forecasting efforts and business reviews.
  • Develop and implement game health review cycles that consider internal and external feedback as well as important product metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with gaming trends and insights, specifically with live service games.
  • Translate real-world events into live content ideas and plans that enhance the gaming experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management, game design, or equivalent experience required.
  • Team player with a passion for gaming and live services.
  • Experience using data and insights to inform product development and experience with data-driven product design.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and projects.
