We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Bayside Barber Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Haircutting and Grooming: Cut and trim hair according to client preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools.
- Shaving and Trimming: Shave and trim beards and mustaches to perfection.
- Scalp Care: Provide scalp conditioning massages and other hair treatments as requested.
- Hair Styling: Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair to achieve the desired look.
- Hair Colouring: Apply dyes and tints to achieve the desired colour.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
