About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Bayside Barber Shop. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality hair cutting and styling services to clients, including cutting, trimming, and styling hair according to their preferences.
  • Shampoo and condition hair, and provide scalp massages to clients.
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches, and provide other hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting.
  • Use a variety of hair styling techniques, including blow drying, to achieve the desired look for clients.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple clients at once and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment.
