Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced VP/Director of Finance to provide financial leadership and guidance to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing accounting functions, and conducting forecast analysis. As a member of our Executive Team, you will participate in strategic planning and maintain key financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage operational and long-term budgets and forecasts for all aspects of the organization
  • Generate detailed business unit projections, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Create reports on key financial metrics for internal and board stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain adherence to accounting policies and procedures
  • Supervise the annual/quarterly/monthly budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Drive financial performance by developing operating and financial metrics, analyzing results and trends, and improving forecasting and modeling accuracy

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 8 years' experience at an executive level role
  • CPA designation or MBA highly preferred
