About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the financial close process, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial regulations.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a professional designation (CPA, CA).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
