About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our home comfort solutions to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and sell our home comfort solutions to new and existing customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Update and work on our CRM platform

  • Commit to skill development through weekly practice/coaching sessions that are customized to improve their current skill set

  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule that regularly includes evening and weekend appointments (when the customers want to meet us)
  • Must have reliable transportation
