About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual Cleaner. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning tasks as assigned by management, including but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in all aspects of cleaning.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
