Job Title: Change Management Trainer

Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Trainer to join our team. As a Change Management Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our clients to help them achieve their organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to various management levels across North American industries
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop customized training materials
  • Manage and deliver training sessions to our clients' managers and front-line supervisors
  • Conduct individual follow-up and one-on-one coaching with our clients' managers and front-line supervisors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as organizational development, communication, or leadership development
  • PROSCI Certification
  • Proven presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficient with PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in a second language (French)
  • Overall general business knowledge and experience in sectors such as automotive, utilities, consumer goods & services, energy & resources, forest products, health care, manufacturing, mining & metals, telecommunications, and transportation & logistics
