About this Opportunity:
As a Registered Nurse with Interior Health Authority, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our Operating Room. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating and overseeing the overall care of patients, setting priorities, and providing clinical leadership for the plan of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to patients, working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Enhance the quality of life for patients and their families, consulting and collaborating with other healthcare providers
• Demonstrate continuous improvement and evidence-based practice in nursing care
• Maintain and advance your clinical competence
• Participate in designated hospital committees and approved research projects as assigned
About this Role:
This is a relief full-time opportunity that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and rotating shifts, to ensure that patient care is delivered 24/7.
