Your Role:

As a Sales Associate for Contractors, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Building and nurturing professional relationships with clients
  • Assessing customer needs and providing expert product advice
  • Organizing and participating in special events for customers
  • Following up on orders and managing phone inquiries

  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Recording transactions and processing payments
  • Being knowledgeable about current promotions and marketing materials
  • Participating in the upkeep of your department
  • Complying with loss prevention and health and safety standards
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management
