Localization Specialist with Polish Language Expertise

Amber is seeking a skilled Polish Localization QA Tester to join our team in Montreal. As a Localization QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our video games in Polish.
You will be responsible for testing games to identify linguistic, visual, and cultural issues in the localized text. Your attention to detail and language expertise will be essential in spotting errors and providing resolutions to improve the linguistic and translated content.
Key Responsibilities:- Testing video game titles and verifying all text, images, and voice-over components in Polish
- Finding translation, contextual, cultural, and other linguistic errors in video game titles
- Reporting errors in a bug-tracking database and/or translation document in a clear manner
- Providing resolutions for errors reported to improve the linguistic and translated content
- Following and respecting terminology guidelines
- Cross-checking issues between different languages with your team
- Reporting to and following instructions from the Test Lead
- Addressing and escalating problems to the Test Lead
- Native-level language competency in Polish
- Proof of existing eligibility to work in Canada
- Starting salary set at 17 CAD/hour
