About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Manager at TD Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and driving business growth in our branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue in the branch.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with customer transactions and branch operations, ensuring the bank's assets are protected.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a financial services industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and a strong understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements.
