About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team at Associa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the GTA West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, prioritizing and conducting business and projects in a timely manner.
  • Oversee financial matters, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and board members.
  • Administer contracts, conduct property inspections, and ensure compliance with condominium bylaws and regulations.
  • Utilize Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of the Condominium Act and relevant regulations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in condominium management, with a focus on portfolio management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
