Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure that they are providing exceptional service to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that our stores are well-stocked with products.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to maximize sales performance.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures and ensure that all transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Customer Requests: Handle customer requests and special situations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of all products and be able to answer customer questions.
  • Work Organization: Coordinate the organization of work in one or more sections of the store.
  • Store Operations: Open and/or close the store, as needed.
  • Quality and Hygiene: Ensure that all products are stored and displayed in a clean and hygienic manner.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience: One year's experience in a similar or customer service-related position.
  • Knowledge: Relevant knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage a team of employees.
  • Language: Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • English: Fluency in spoken English (asset).
  • Skills: Autonomous, dynamic, and focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
