About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our team at Grasslands Recruitment Specialists. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging your consultative style and process to market proven AgTech products and services through on-farm presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow business through existing customer base and lead generation customer qualification
  • Create territory business plan, marketing budget, and ensure execution of the corporate sales plan with your Sales Manager
  • Participate in trade shows and public relations activities
  • Work from home and travel around your territory
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate the seasonal nature of the industry

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and diagnostic skills, ability to undertake customer's needs analyses on an ongoing basis
  • Comfortable in performing both cold and warm calls
  • Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft programs, previous experience with a CRM program an asset
  • Excellent customer relations and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Willingness to continually expand knowledge base about products, packages and programs
  • Valid driver's license with clean abstract
