About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at PRINCELAND CONSTRUCTIONS LTD. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business operations.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective business operations.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Objective Setting: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under tight deadlines, with attention to detail, and manage a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player skills.
  • Screening Questions: Ability to answer questions about current work authorization, willingness to relocate, previous experience in the field, and highest level of study completed.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
