Daily Responsibilities

  • Conducting inbound and outbound calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Presenting benefits information to union members
  • Maintaining basic computer skills
  • Completing necessary documentation
  • Ensuring quality control
  • Participating in leadership development

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Background check required
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not essential
