We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support our sales team by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing transactions, and handling customer inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
