About This Role

If you are an enthusiastic Rehabilitation Assistant seeking both personal and professional development, CBI Health presents an outstanding opportunity for you to achieve these aspirations, supported by one of Canada's largest healthcare networks. In your role at our clinic, you will engage in shared administrative responsibilities within a collaborative team while assisting Physiotherapists with their patient caseloads. You thrive in a dynamic environment, showcasing your strong organizational, analytical, and computer skills while effectively managing deadlines.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and Physiotherapists
  • Support the Physiotherapist's patient caseloads
  • Compile chart packages and prepare documents for offsite storage
  • Conduct clerical audits for patient discharge charts
  • Ensure the clinic is organized and the gym area is free from safety hazards
  • Distribute satisfaction surveys to patients and their families
  • Perform administrative duties, including phone management, supply orders, and document photocopying
  • Upload reports from service providers

Qualifications for Success

  • A degree in Kinesiology, PTA/OTA diploma, or an international Physiotherapy qualification
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Strong critical thinking and time management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and computer proficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure while following directions
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional organizational skills
