As part of your professional journey, you will participate in a comprehensive, fully funded 5-week training program designed to equip you for the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) examinations, an essential milestone in obtaining your broker's license.

Our dedicated training department will offer continuous education and personalized guidance, fostering your growth and success in the insurance industry.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will engage in the following key activities:

  • Client Engagement: Respond to client inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Data Collection: Gather vital information to accurately assess and fulfill client requirements.
  • Tailored Insurance Solutions: Provide customized insurance options and clearly explain products and promotions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update client records according to established protocols.
  • Financial Oversight: Efficiently manage accounts receivable.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Customer Service Background: Experience in customer service is crucial.
  • Communication Proficiency: Bilingual abilities in French and English are advantageous.
  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a diploma in Collegial studies or equivalent is required.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer systems is essential.
