Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will engage in the following key activities:
- Client Engagement: Respond to client inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Data Collection: Gather vital information to accurately assess and fulfill client requirements.
- Tailored Insurance Solutions: Provide customized insurance options and clearly explain products and promotions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update client records according to established protocols.
- Financial Oversight: Efficiently manage accounts receivable.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and experiences:
- Customer Service Background: Experience in customer service is crucial.
- Communication Proficiency: Bilingual abilities in French and English are advantageous.
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a diploma in Collegial studies or equivalent is required.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer systems is essential.
