We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at SAFETY FIRST SECURITY SERVICES INC.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including scheduling and training.
- Ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties, including conducting risk assessments and implementing security protocols.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external partners.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Security Guard License.
- Criminal record check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Security Supervisor will work in a variety of locations, including offices, warehouses, and other secure facilities. The role will require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Language:English.
Hours:35 to 40 hours per week.
Work Term:Permanent.
