Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at SAFETY FIRST SECURITY SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or concerns that may impact the security of our clients and their properties.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles to the highest standard.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring the security team is operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of locations, including offices, warehouses, and other commercial properties. They will be expected to work a standard 35-40 hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
