Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and coordination of office services.
- Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate office operations and make recommendations for improvement.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
The Office Administrator will work in an urban area and will be required to travel occasionally. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate and have a valid driver's license.
