This role is responsible for managing the health and reliability of Conga's cloud infrastructure and production systems. You'll lead a team of reliability engineers and work closely with multiple stakeholders to design, build, and operate technical relationships. Your expertise in cloud architecture and operations will drive efficiency and innovation in our cloud solutions.
We're seeking someone with 12+ years of experience in cloud architecture and/or managing operations teams. You should have deep expertise in cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure, AWS, or IBM platforms, as well as a strong understanding of cloud computing models. Your ability to design and implement strategic roadmaps for cloud solutions, migrations, and deployments will be key to our success.
As a creative problem solver, you'll identify innovative solutions to unique customer requirements. Your analytical thinking and technical expertise will ensure seamless communication with engineering teams, business partners, and technical teams. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is highly preferred.
