Role Responsibilities:
The Technical Team Supervisor collaborates closely with the Customer Experience Director, overseeing a team of consultants and developers. Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service for the evolution of business management solutions.
  • Promptly addressing and managing client requests while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Managing operational aspects of the team and fostering talent development.
  • Implementing customer service quality standards.
  • Overseeing service and development requests from clients, including training, report generation, and feature enhancements.
  • Planning non-project activities for team members, such as self-training and team-building exercises.
  • Managing team capacity and priorities effectively.
  • Conducting weekly planning sessions with team members.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and supervising account management.
  • Integrating new team members and facilitating mentorship.

Qualifications:
  • A college degree (DEC) in Computer Science, IT Support, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination and/or control.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in coaching or managing personnel.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong planning and stress management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
