Team Leadership Responsibilities

Crisis Management Duties

  • Oversee emergency management projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors for urgent operations
  • Build partnerships with local service providers
  • Interpret and enforce environmental legislation
  • Support and coordinate with both internal and external teams
  • Innovate project execution strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental, geological, or chemical engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management within environmental and emergency response sectors
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Membership in the Quebec Order of Engineers
  • Experience in project construction is advantageous
  • Proficient in Office Suite and MS Project
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Capability to adjust leadership approach as needed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*This position requires regular interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as collaboration with teams across Canada and globally.
