Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality home health care to our clients, utilizing your clinical skills and compassion to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the comfort and safety of their homes
- Assess and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current registration with the provincial licensing body
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Experience in Tracheostomy Care (training will be provided)
