About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a Senior Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, documenting, and directing residents' needs through consultation with medical professionals, care conferences, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing and planning residents' care needs in collaboration with medical professionals and care teams
  • Providing leadership and oversight to health services staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Administering and recording prescribed medication according to company policy and scope of practice
  • Applying dressings and treatments as per physician's orders and policy
  • Supervising and evaluating the job performance of care staff

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, be registered with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick, and have a strong background in nursing and healthcare practices. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Previous supervisory and leadership experience is considered a strong asset.
