Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Specialized Tasks: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, honesty.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position, working 12 to 18 hours per week. The work language is English.
