Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Alberta Ltd. o/a Petro Canada. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Provide basic information on facilities to customers and employees
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Will train
  • Punctuality and flexibility are essential
  • Basic security clearance is required
  • Own transportation is an asset

Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English is the primary language of communication
