Job Summary

Cintas is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Service Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts in the Rental Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.
  • Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental products.
  • Build rapport with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
  • Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally, safely, and complying with driving and vehicle regulations.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • Hold a High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
  • Show self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, along with ambition, organization, and service spirit.
