Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Ponderosa Motor Inn. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Sanitation and Disinfection: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure, attention to detail, standing for extended periods, and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
