Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

Ponderosa Motor Inn is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures
  • Change linens, towels, and toiletries as needed
  • Restock linen closets and supply rooms
  • Empty trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas
  • Assist with deep cleaning tasks, such as cleaning carpets and upholstered furniture
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
