Job Summary

Ponderosa Motor Inn is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors; dust furniture; vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture; make beds and change sheets; distribute clean towels and toiletries; stock linen closet.
  • Facilities Management: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances; disinfect operating rooms and other areas; clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items; attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items; provide basic information on facilities.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns; pick up debris and empty trash containers; wash windows, walls, and ceilings; clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure; attention to detail; standing for extended periods.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
