**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team as a Retail Store Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales consultants.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to identify and address operational issues

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in retail sales
  • 5 years of experience in retail sales
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
