Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise and authorize returns, ensuring timely receipt of stock and minimizing losses.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights for business improvement.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
