It is essential to maintain an in-depth knowledge of our integrated private banking services and offerings, as well as an understanding of the strategic direction of our business.

You will analyze data and information to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Additionally, you will review monitoring reports with your team and take appropriate actions.

Your goal will be to exceed client service standards to foster relationship retention and growth.

You will provide timely and accurate support to Private Bankers by handling a variety of credit and non-credit activities.

Compliance with all banking, investment, and lending regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, is crucial.

Moreover, you will follow security protocols and apply due diligence to prevent losses due to fraud or other risks.

Participation in audits and compliance reviews will also be part of your responsibilities.

It is important to identify and escalate any irregularities or discrepancies to management.

Typically, candidates should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

You must meet the licensing and certification requirements for your role.

A working knowledge of personal and commercial credit products, along with operational processes, is expected.

Basic understanding of the lending process and supporting policies is also required.
