About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for architecting and designing SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensuring the integrity of design through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SAP solutions to meet business requirements and ensure a high level of systems integration.
  • Work with system integrators to ensure SAP solutions in the Record to Report area meet business requirements and follow SAP best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop SAP solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.
  • Define functional requirements and capture them in configuration rationale and functional specification documents.
  • Own the solution design and oversee development to ensure it meets business requirements.
  • Define and/or execute test plans and review outcomes to validate the solution meets intent and is appropriate in response to business demand for change.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent.
  • Experience working in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO with integration with SD, MM & PP. Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios is required. FSCM experience is a bonus.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to influence and facilitate resolution of business issues.
  • History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.
  • Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users.
  • Able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Results-driven.
