Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and cultivate a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects tasked with designing and implementing SAP solutions for the Nutrien Ag Solutions Record to Report business function.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to align technology with business strategy by gaining a comprehensive understanding of processes and requirements.
- Develop SAP roadmaps, strategies, and budgets to ensure they align with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance to third-party providers to ensure SAP solutions fulfill business needs, adhere to best practices, and enhance user experience.
- May involve hands-on architecting and designing of SAP solutions tailored to specific business requirements, ensuring design integrity through implementation.
- Determine the most effective approach to deliver necessary functionalities from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.
- Maintain the integrity of all solutions within the Record to Report domain through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.
- Assist in prioritizing demand items within the R2R space.
- Accountable for the efficient delivery of SAP solutions, encompassing both planning and execution.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role, directly or indirectly managing a team of SAP professionals.
- An undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized institution in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and guide a high-performing team.
- Hands-on functional experience with various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO, including integration with SD, MM, and PP.
- Required hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in Make-to-Order scenarios.
- Experience in Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) is a plus, though not mandatory.
- A successful track record of leading SAP implementations as an Architect.
- Experience in designing complex SAP solutions to facilitate unique business processes.
- Proven ability in SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Familiarity with SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
- A strategic and adaptable thinker capable of implementing timely and effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities, including experience engaging with senior leaders.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to field staff.
- A willingness to learn, teach, and share knowledge with colleagues, peers, management, and users.
