Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail sales team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Sales Growth: Provide exceptional customer service, work closely with the sales team, and collaborate with regional management to drive sales growth.
- Culture and Team Management: Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork. Recruit, train, and motivate your team members to achieve their full potential.
- Financial Management: Manage the store budget, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in the business-to-business (B2B) industry or in-store operations, including 3 years in a personnel management position with financial responsibility.
- Education: College diploma or other degree in business administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry is an asset.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
