Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate our team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our restaurant is running at its best.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have what we need to provide our customers with a great dining experience.
  • Balance Cash and Complete Financial Reports: Manage our cash flow and complete financial reports to ensure that our business is running profitably.
  • Plan and Implement Operational Procedures: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Transportation and Travel: Willing to travel and have a valid driver's license.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, excellent communication skills, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
