- Merchandise and Services: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, as well as plan and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail software.
