Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at J.F.N. Ent Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and informing our decision-making.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic team environment.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: English.
