ERP Systems Administrator
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ERP Systems Administrator to join our team at Emterra Group. As an ERP Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our ERP system, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- User and group administration, including creating users, vehicles, and routes
- Assigning user roles and permissions
- Setting users inactive and performing annual user verification
- General system administration, including investigating and resolving product questions or issues
- Configuration changes under the direction of senior staff
- Reviewing and communicating Navusoft release updates to company users
- Updating production cost values as required
- Setting up and maintaining configuration
- Other software product support as assigned
Troubleshooting:
- Login and permissions issues
- General access issues, including tablet access
- Investigating and resolving general product problems reported
Navusoft Project Work Entry:
- Assisting with data entry of customers, sites, services, and routing
- Assisting with contract-related reporting and scheduled reporting
- Assisting with customer, site, service, and routing evaluations, corrections, and improvements
