  • Conduct daily, weekly, and period accounting administration, managing inventory control, ordering, and cost control.
  • Ensure cleanliness standards and safe food handling practices are met, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role, with expertise in all restaurant positions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership, and ability to train and coach others.
  • Complete knowledge of restaurant Operating Systems and Operating Standards.
  • Ability to do accounting and manage administrative aspects of the operation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Acceptable oral and written English communication skills.
  • Acceptable mathematical skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Physical Demands:
  • Standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Some heavy lifting.
