Job Title: Framer-Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Framer-Carpenter to join our team at Integrity Resource Management Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient construction of buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to create strong and durable structures.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to create a solid base for buildings.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to ensure a smooth and functional finish.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on sites to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to clients.
  • Survey building locations and levels to ensure accuracy and precision in construction.
  • Instruct apprentices in the skills and techniques required for the job.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
