- Staff Development
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Hire and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on staff performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Schedule
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
